NEU Residences house rules
Like every building, ours also has its rules that are there for your safety and comfort. Please, follow these rules.
We wish you a pleasant stay at NEU Residences.
Front desk
The front desk is open every day from 7 AM to 7 PM or when required.
Check-in and check-out
The booked apartment will be available from 3 PM on the day of your arrival. You must leave the apartment by 10 AM on the day of your departure. If you wish, you can arrange an early check-in or late check-out.
Stay
The maximum number of persons that can stay in each apartment is specified on the website. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 6 AM. Bachelor, bachelorette, and all kinds of parties are strictly forbidden in the residences.
Entry and exit
The building can only be entered with a QR code or PIN that the guest receives on check-in.
Breakfast
Neubar on the ground floor serves breakfast for a surcharge.
Pets
Pets (up to 10 kg) are allowed in the building for a cleaning fee.
Inventory, defects and damage
Please, do not damage or take away our inventory. Guests will be liable for any damage caused by their fault or the fault of persons for which the guests are responsible, or their visitors. Please, immediately report any defects or damage on the inventory to the front desk or by e-mail to neu@neu-residences.com.
Safe
We recommend you to store any valuables in the safe in your apartment. This service is available free of charge. We are not responsible for any money or valuables kept at the apartment.
Forgotten items
We will send the items left behind to your home at your request. We will store those items for up to a year, and then act in accordance with relevant regulations.
No smoking
NEU Residences is a no-smoking establishment. Smoking is forbidden in all areas. In the event of a failure to comply with the relevant legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, we will act accordingly. If you smoke in the apartment, we will charge you for deep cleaning and all the resulting damage.
Environmental care
Protect our natural environment during your stay at NEU Residences, and use water and power rationally. We ask you to keep the windows closed when cooling or heating the rooms.
Voltage
The voltage in power outlets is 220 V.
Emergencies
In case of a medical emergency call 112.

More information about the building is available in the digital information pack (QR code for access) in every apartment, and you can also turn to our staff, who will gladly help you with additional information.
By confirming your booking, you confirm that you have read the house rules and accept them. If you breach the house rules, we may ban you from entering the building, have you removed and claim compensation for any damage. We reserve the right to change the house rules.
