4 days or more prior arrival	Free cancellation
2-3 days prior arrival	50% will be charged from the total amount of the accommodation reservation
1 day prior arrival or no show	100% will be charged from the total amount of the accommodation reservation

 

Check-in and check-out time

Check-in starts at 3 PM until 11 PM (self check-in)

Check-out is at 10 AM.

 

• Check-in Process: The check-in process is digital. Upon confirmation of the reservation, guests will receive an email with a link to the reservation portal, where they can manage their reservation.
• Guest Information: Guests must enter the details of all guests (including children) on the reservation portal.
• Check-in Day: On the day of check-in, at 12 PM, guests will receive an email with a link for online check-in.
• Access Codes: After completing the online check-in, guests will receive access codes for their apartment via email (please also check your spam and junk mail folders).
• Staff Availability: Staff is available on-site from 7 AM to 7 PM for assistance.
• Night Hours: There is no staff available on-site during the night.
• Payment is only possible with cards.
• The rental for filming is possible with an additional charge of 50 % on the accommodation price.

The website user undertakes to provide an active e-mail upon booking, and gives the permission for their e-mail address to be used for communication about their booking. If the user cannot be reached by phone or e-mail, or if they provide an incorrect or invalid e-mail address, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

The tourist tax is not included in the price. You will pay the tax after your stay. Tourist tax rates:
